The global demand for Organic Peroxide is being propelled by the surging use of polymers, adhesives and coatings across numerous industries. These chemicals serve as initiators, cross-linking agents and curing agents, making them fundamental in the production of polyethylene, polypropylene and unsaturated polyester resins. For example, they are often used in rubber vulcanization and polymer processing where precise control over polymer structure is vital. 

At the same time, the expansion of infrastructure, automotive and construction sectors—especially in Asia-Pacific—is driving higher consumption of Organic Peroxide. Emerging markets are increasing their output of plastic goods, composites, and coated products, which boosts demand. However, stringent safety regulations, hazardous-chemical handling costs and feed-stock price volatility remain challenges for producers.
